Job Title: Civil/Structural Revit Technician
Location: Barnsley
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 basic (Depending on experience/qualification)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent. Flexitime working based on 37.5 hours a week and 20 days holiday + bank holidays. The successful applicant would be required to come into the office (based in Barnsley) for a minimum of 2 days a week, the rest can be worked from home

About the role:
You will be a technician in a small team:
- Utilising the Autodesk AEC software suite, including, Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks and more.
- Producing models and information to a standard of BIM level 2 and beyond, coordinating multidisciplinary models and information from subcontractors, as well as managing technicians and checking drawings, to ISO 19650.
- Developing new workflows, using Rhino/Grasshopper to develop parametric 3D models.
- Opportunity to become a GVC certified drone pilot, to undertake ariel cloud point scanning.
- With opportunity to carry out LIDAR surveys and Scan2BIM processes.
- Broadening your understanding and developing your skills of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Client facing, attending design team meetings, and site visits.
- Working on projects across the Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Leisure and Rail sectors.
- With responsibilities across multiple projects and for the management of our ISO 9001 quality management system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting project deadlines and budgets
- Upholding strict quality standard of work
- Abiding by ISO 9001 and 19650 requirements
- Communicating effectively with clients, supply chains, stakeholders and colleagues
