Job Title: Care Worker

Hours:
You will be required to work a rolling rota contract of 10 shifts per calendar month starting each shift at 10:00 am working through 23:00 + Sleeping In at the home followed by 07:00 – 10:30 am (end of shift). We pay £50 for every sleep in completed. The company has a fantastic support structure in place and training is ongoing.

You will require excellent people skills, be able to develop and maintain good working relationships, good leadership skills and the willingness to undertake additional Qualifications (Diploma) and all training provided. You will be working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Along with your team and a superb support structure, you will be empowering the young people to regulate and change their behaviour and help them to live their “best life”
The role is required to “sleep in” for which an additional payment is paid. There are only 3 children per home. We believe this helps us to achieve the very best outcomes and replicates family life. You will be supported by experienced and creative colleagues.
Our shift pattern is just 10 shifts per month which equates to 168 hours and is as follows:

The Candidate:
