About the role:
The Reform Club has a unique opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our world-leading, culturally significant hospitality organisation, based in London’s historic centre, St James’. The successful applicant will be working alongside an extremely talented Head Chef to continue our long and illustrious history of fine dining. They will be highly driven, ambitious, and creative with strong practical experience working within a professional kitchen. You will be committed to upholding high standards and keen to continue developing your knowledge and skills within a prestigious organisation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in a fine dining establishment: 2/3AA rosette kitchen or 5-star hotel
- Experience in running a section in a professional kitchen environment
- NVQ level 3 qualification in professional cookery or equivalent
- An interest in classical techniques and authentic fresh dishes
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to succeed and challenge yourself within a busy kitchen
- Ambition and a desire to learn and develop in an exciting, highly reputable kitchen environment
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
- Close following of Health & Safety guidelines
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
