The role:
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our Hospitality Services Team in Blackheath. Our cuisine is based on fresh and quality products and offers healthy food options for lunch & dinner service. The kitchen needs to cope with high volumes and high standards, therefore the ability to remain calm and level-headed throughout the service is essential.
We are also interested in receiving applications from people wanting to work for us on a casual basis by joining our Bank Staff list where a variety of shifts will be available from Monday to Sunday.
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role you will need to be passionate about food, eager to learn and committed to giving the highest standards of customer service. You will also need to have experience of working in a busy catering environment or food production operation as well as professional cookery skills and a Level 2 Award in Food Safety qualification.
The ability to work within a team in our fast-paced environment is also essential as well as having the ability to prepare food to order whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times.
