The salary for this role is between £32,320 – £38,380, this is dependent on experience. We also offer a range of fantastic benefits and an uncapped bonus scheme!
The role
- Running the day to day of a fast fit centre
- The management and development of your team
- Delivering excellent service to our customers
- Achieving agreed performance measures and objectives and maximising sales opportunities
- Be accountable for Health & Safety
- Delivering the required fast fit aspects of the role ( e.g fitment of Tyres and Service, Maintenance and Repair products and services)
Requirements:
- Experience in a managerial role within a similar industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Mechanical experience is desirable
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate
- Full UK Driving Licence
