We have 3 small independently owned homes that provide accommodation and care for individuals who have a learning disability and behaviours which challenge. Many of the individuals we support have some degree of autistic traits.
All of our care homes are currently rated Outstanding by the CQC.

Salary: Over £10 Per hour DOE
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
The Role:
We are searching for an energetic person to join our care team who can help make a difference in people’s lives.
No previous experience in care is necessary. We feel that the right qualities in a person are more important to the role. Our homes are unique in the support we provide and we have a comprehensive induction period. All training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Meet the needs of our residents in an inclusive and person centred manner
- Uphold routines, structure and boundaries
- Understand the values of care and follow specific training.
- The role is 40 hours a week. The shifts include alternate weekends and evenings.
The Candidate:
Prior experience is not a necessary requirement, as full training will be provided.
You need to have a proactive and energetic attitude. A lot of the daily duties include accompanying residents on activities outside of the home. Currently this includes plenty of country walks.
We succeed by promoting an active and engaging lifestyle to our residents. We have 5 vehicles over 3 homes and these are used daily to attend places of interest and occupational pursuits. A full clean driving license is therefore preferred.
