Job Title: Care Worker

Salary: £10 – £11 per hour

We are a family owned Care Business that works across ST4, ST5, ST6 and ST7 postcodes. We are looking for new & motivated Community Care Workers to join our team. You do not need experience to join our team, you just need the desire to be a great carer!
The Role: No two days are the same. You will work with elderly clients, supporting them in daily tasks within their own home. The working day is broken down into runs that are during the morning, lunchtime, teatime and bedtime.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- We work to your availability
- We require that you have a car
- We require that you work alternate weekends or part of each weekend
- We have consistent levels of work to help maintain your weekly hours
Benefits:
- A higher rate of pay: £10.00/hr on weekdays and £10.50/hr for weekends
- Overtime pay: £10.25/hr on weekdays and £11.00/hr for weekends
- You will receive payment for your travel time in between calls
- You will receive 22 pence per mile for mileage payments
- You will receive a £170 cash bonus for completing your probationary period
- £200 refer a friend bonus if your referral competes their probationary period
- Guaranteed Hours contracts are available
- Full training provided and you are paid to complete your training
