The Role
Your community needs you! We’re looking to recruit new Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns & we will endeavour to give you exactly the hours you want – we offer 7:30am-2pm, 4pm-10pm, 07:30-4pm, night care and other special opportunities as they arise.
You will need to deliver commitment and compassion to both the clients and the role itself, deliver the highest standard of care, allow clients to remain as independent as possible and enjoy working alone and as part of a team. Being adaptable and personable is essential.

Desirable Skills & Experience:
- A full UK / EU driving license and own vehicle is mandatory
- Commitment and compassion to the clients and the role itself
- Reliability and punctuality
- Experience in any of these previous roles would be advantageous, Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Domiciliary Care, Community Care or HCA roles
- A willingness and want to learn and help others
- Good communication Skills
- Good Care Planning / Care Assessment Skills
- Good working knowledge and experience of Care
- Organised and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team or by yourself
The role itself is varied; you must be willing to provide the following:
- Personal care
- Medication Support
- Meal Preparation
- Light Domestic duties/errands
- Social and Emotional Support – including Community outings
- Any additional tasks as needed
