The Role
You will be giving customers the help they need to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes. Assisting with all areas of personal and domestic care whilst making a huge difference to their lives. You will be expected to independently travel between customer visits, therefore, you must have a Full Driving Licence and your own transport.
Care Assistants visit customers in their homes on a regular basis. The role will involve helping customers with their daily needs: anything from preparing lunch to popping to the shops whilst importantly providing companionship.
The Candidate
No experience necessary, although those with previous Care Assistant or Support Worker experience are welcome. They’ve found individuals with Retail, Hospitality and Customer Service experience have great transferable skills to become an amazing Care Assistant.
