Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Neath Port Talbot
Salary: £9.05 per hour, travel time: £8.91 per hour – 26p per mile
Working Hours: Guaranteed hour contracts available – Full or Part time

The role: The job role is centred upon providing the service users with person-centred care and support, in a respectful and emphatic manner, which enables individuals to take control over their lives, reach their full potential and live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Supporting with personal care
- Preparing light meals.
- Administering medication.
- Helping with daily living tasks within the home.
The Candidate:
The candidate must have a full drivers licence, with access to their own vehicle.
CDA care provide each new starter with in depth training and shadowing to support you into becoming a skilled key worker, while also supporting you to complete a QCF Level 2 in health and social care. CDA care ensure you have job security with flexible hours during these uncertain times
