Job Title: CAD Draughtsperson

Salary: £35-£40K per year – subject to experience.

Working Hours: This is a workshop based office role, core hours of 40 per week, with additional hours required involving evenings and weekends according to the seasonal needs of the business.
The Company:
At ESM we manage the design and build of exhibition spaces to create an engaging and memorable stand for our clients and their brand. All work is undertaken in house at our Kent headquarters by our experienced team who have been working on exhibition stands and trade fairs for a number of years, bringing both expertise and the latest trends to every project.
We produce some genuinely beautiful work; working on some fantastic projects for a number of agencies, but also a large volume of work for exhibitors looking to stand out at their events predominantly in the UK.

The Position:
ESM are seeking an experienced CAD draughtsperson, preferably proficient in Solidworks to join our growing team.
Long term this role would progress to include project and even account management where our more intensive portfolio projects are seen through setting out, then production on the shop-floor by the candidate, supervising the team in terms of build, and liaising with the client on approval of drawings and specifications of finish.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate would have a technical production background with a solid grasp of carpentry and joinery techniques perhaps having progressed from the shop floor. Please note; we will only consider applicants with joinery/carpentry experience or long experience of producing drawings for these trades and with a great grasp of CAD.
