The Role
The Farm Shop Fulmer located in Fulmer, Buckinhgamshire, provides a traditional over the counter service offering a range of carefully selected seasonal meats and game. Our friendly butchers are always happy to share recipes and questions our customers.
We are looking for a talented individual to work alongside our friendly and hard-working butchery team. An individual who can effectively motivate the team in delivering high quality products efficiently, safely and with excellent customer service.
Driving sales through innovative products and effective management of labour, products and wastage are all key to success in this role. Wholesale experience would be beneficial.
Key Requirements:
- Be confident in developing trainee butchers.
- Excited by creating a fresh, seasonal offering.
- Experienced in managing budget, profit margins and stock control.
- Effective in working as part of a team.
- Excited by working with our team of chefs to develop menus
- Ensuring HACCP procedures are followed.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
The Candidate:
- Butchery: 1 year minimum experience
