Glasdon Group Limited is a global Company seeking a hands-on Business / Systems Analyst who is not afraid to get their hands dirty with technical issues.
Potential projects you may be involved with include a new telephone system, new network infrastructures, a new HR system, ERP system development and general improvements to existing business processes / systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with our development team, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure that our business systems are efficient, effective, and meet our business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyse current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders and end-users to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions that improve business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that solutions are technically feasible and aligned with the company’s overall technology strategy.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the potential impact of proposed solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and end-users.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
About you:
- Minimum degree qualification or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A good understanding of business issues and identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Have good IT and Microsoft package knowledge.
- Background in IT Business Analysis.
- Effective communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
