Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (based on a 40-hour week)

Job Type: Part-time, permanent (full-time will be considered)

About the role:

Contract & Construction Consultants, a reputable and well-established legal consultancy firm located in Clifton, is currently seeking to expand its team with the addition of an experienced and highly motivated Office Manager. As we continue to grow, we are dedicated to maintaining the excellence and quality of service our clients have come to expect. Responsibilities:

  • Confidently initiate tasks and projects independently.
  • Proactively anticipate future needs and requirements.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform office management duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with financial tasks and support functions.
  • Handle administrative tasks with diligence and efficiency.
  • Provide general business support as needed.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality and accurate work.
  • Possess strong numeracy skills for financial tasks.
  • Exhibit proficiency in IT, especially with spreadsheet software.

About you:

  • Happy to be office based

Experience

  • Candidates with experience in office management/administration/senior PA roles/legal support/finance will be looked on favourably.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Word and Excel proficiency
  • Numerate
  • Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to switch focus rapidly
