The City of Lincoln Council has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Assistant.
About the role:
The role involves working in a small business support administration team for the Directorate of Housing and Investment.
The successful candidate’s duties will involve all general office administration tasks, as well as raising purchase orders and debtor accounts on the Financial System (Agresso IT system). Duties will also include the typing and mail merge of letters and documents in Microsoft Office, importing of documents into the Enterprise document Management system and management of the team email inbox account.
About you:
- Proficient use of computerised systems is essential
- An ability to data input with a high level of accuracy is critical
- You should possess excellent customer care and communication skills
- The role also requires effective organisational skills to meet challenging deadlines
