Job Outline:
We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our team at HQW Aerospace UK. This position offers an exciting opportunity for graduates in related subjects such as Business studies Manufacturing / Operations management and Engineering to develop into business leaders within a manufacturing business.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes
- Analyse manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
- Engage in ongoing training programs to build technical and leadership skills and explore industry leading initiatives
- Develop as a senior member of the Operations management team
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree / master’s in Business, Manufacturing / Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking / problem-solving skills, with a specific interest in manufacturing
- Highly numerate and comfortable with data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about continuous improvement and building a career in Manufacturing/ operations leadership
- Dynamic self-starter with proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Inquisitive and curious nature with a passion to learn and understand
