About the Role:
As a business development manager, you will be responsible for business growth to help to drive our company forward by creating new business opportunities within the telecoms sector. As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you’ll strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients.
An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of industry experience in Telecoms, preferably with specific concentration on mobile. You will have access to the full company portfolio of mobile and hosted telephony products, enabling you to sell a complete telecom solution to your clients.
Key Duties:
- Focus on identifying and bringing in new business
- Present product & services to the client and assist them with onboarding process
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and KPI’s
- Deliver client-focused solutions based on the customer needs within the telecommunications industry
- Maintain all records updated in our CRM system
- Be able to effectively manage your time
- Work well within a team, as well as independently
- Provide high level of service to customers and achieve individual GP targets
About you:
- You must have previous telecoms experience with a focus on mobile
- You must be able to demonstrate clear understanding of the telecoms industry
- You must be able to present our product portfolio favourably and in a structured professional way whether it’s over the phone, face-to-face or through e-mails
- You must be comfortable in self-generating business opportunities
- You must have good organisational skills
- Must be able to travel within the UK
- Connections with enterprise clients would be advantageous
