Job Title: Business Development Manager (Software)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Hull, East Yorkshire HU7 0AE UK
Job Role: Full time/Permanent (40 Hrs. Mon-Fri)

Due to growth, Reality Solutions are looking to add a result focussed Business Development Manager.
- Working with Head of Sales and Marketing to develop a clear sales strategy for the Software division.
- Responsible for identifying and engaging with new customers for Reality Solutions Limited.
- Driving outbound activity to increase revenue and sales.
- Converting opportunities brought into the business by Directors and Head of Sales and Marketing.
- Qualifying the viability of inbound opportunities and acting accordingly.
- Constructing quotes/proposals for clients.
- Meeting agreed quarterly revenue targets.
- Acting in accordance with agreed monthly KPI’s.
- Working with the software team to ensure client requests are reasonable and achievable.
- Responsible for positively representing Reality Solutions and events.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
The Candidate:
You will drive sales and revenue for the software division of Reality Solutions. Being independent and having the ability to communicate and board level is an advantage.
You must have a proven track record of Sales success. The role is equally suited to a Business Development Executive wanting to make a step up in their career or and existing Business Development Manager who is looking to build on current successes in a supportive environment.
Salary, dependent on experience, of £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE) Plus a monthly incentive structure, quarterly commission and car allowance.
