Job Title: Business Development Manager – Smoke Ventilation
Location: Home based with frequent travel to clients in North London & South Midlands
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 plus Commission + Car allowance + plus benefits

A leading natural and smoke ventilation specialist is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established sales team. We have been trading to customers across the UK since 1988.
The successful applicant will be home based but must be able to drive to clients that are located in the North London and the South Midlands area.
You will be responsible for generating sales by:
- Building rapport with existing customers;
- Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities;
- Demonstrating a technical understanding of the product range and systems.
About you:
You must meet the following criteria:
- Have experience of selling to main contractors as well as sub-contractors
- Target driven individual
- Positive and enthusiastic frame of mind
- Organised
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Full clean driving license
The ideal candidate will also have experience within the smoke control industry and a proven track record of selling natural and mechanical smoke ventilation systems.
