Salary: £22,000-£26,000 + Bonus OTE’s 40k Year 1
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time.
We are currently looking for Sales Executives to join our fantastic team in our brand new office in Hoxton Square in the heart of Shoreditch!
What you’ll be doing…
- Outbound Sales! You will be reaching out to new Clients through various avenues (creativity is key!), showcasing our different Advertising Packages
- Account Management! All of your clients should be receiving the best Customer Service, ensuring repeat business and more growth for the business
- On a day-to-day basis you’ll be tasked with reaching out to prospective clients….in any market! Think who is hiring at the moment, who has a need for staff at this time – being forward thinking is a must. You are expected to be self-sufficient in terms of finding fresh leads
*PLEASE NOTE; we’re looking for candidates that are experienced in B2B / B2C Sales, it doesn’t matter the industry or length of employment but some Sales experience is a must*
Candidate Requirements…
- CONFIDENCE to pick up the phone to chase down future business opportunities is absolutely essential – building your client base starts with the first call! You’ll be dealing with HR Managers, Directors and Consultants on a daily basis meaning you should have no problem speaking with individuals who know their stuff! You don’t have to have industry knowledge we can teach you that but we can guarantee the person who possesses a winner’s mind-set will be the successful candidate
- Maintaining a POSITIVE-MIND SET when met with pushback/rejection
- A PERSONABLE approach to is key when building your client base, you want to be solving day to day issues for your clients to ensure repeat business and all-round happy customers
- TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETINCEY in using multiple IT Systems/CRM’s
- You will become an expert in this field so you’ll need to be UP FOR THE CHALLANGE every single day to be able to constantly learn and improve
- You must have a DESIRE TO WORK within a team driven environment in the hub of Shoreditch (we’re not a call centre or corporate environment) – your personality is a big deal – we want to hire the right fit for us
- Be DRIVEN, highly AMBITIOUS and a DESIRE TO BE THE BEST you can be
- The ideal candidate must have EXCELLENT NOGITIATION SKILLS, this is a big part of the job when dealing with clients and pulling deals together
- PRESENTATION EXPERIENCE is a must (Demos of our systems are required)
- Extensive INTERPERSONAL SKILLS with an entrepreneurial flare
