Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum + uncapped OTE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
With a solid, national client base, the successful candidate will be joining an energetic team within an established and reputable IT services and telecoms company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to continue their IT and Telephony Sales Career.

The Role
This role is suited for commercially minded sales professionals who can sell on a B2B level, over the phone or via Video Conferencing and negotiating with Decision Makers in order to sell from the full extensive portfolio of Mobile, Voice, IT and Cloud Solutions.
Key Duties:
- Close new Business Opportunities
- Self-manage Sales Activities
- Pipeline Management
- Meet monthly & quarterly GP targets
- Build a strong database of prospects
- Build & maintain strong relationships with clients
About you:
- At least 3+ years’ experience selling similar services
- Knowledge and experience around Voice, Connectivity and Cloud Solutions
- An excellent recent proven track record in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Be well prepared & organised
- Professional & competitive
- Cold-calling experience would be beneficial to your application, as would closing experience
