Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Bridgend
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience + Commission (OTE £32K)

The Company is a well-established, award winning Telecommunications Company based in Bridgend, their primary focus is to ensure the best customer service for their customers.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Executive looking for their next challenge. They are seeking a dynamic and innovative candidate who can help grow and develop both the brand and the company.
The Role:
To assist in increasing the sales team revenue by contacting businesses, primarily by phone to arrange product demonstrations and sales appointments.
You will need to be hitting monthly appointment targets and generating fantastic, solid appointments for their field-based sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new opportunities and leads by phone
- Consistently achieving monthly targets and KPI’s by calling prospective clients, introducing the company and products and booking appointments
- Promoting services and ways the company could improve the prospects business
- Diary management of call backs, demonstrations and appointments
- Accurate forecasting
- Pro-actively thinking of and suggesting extra revenue streams for the business
The Candidate:
- Track record in achieving B2B sales targets
- Ability to build relationships and develop them through to a sale
- High level of Customer Service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have a confident and friendly nature
- Self-motivated
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
