Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Swansea Office

Salary: Basic £22,000 with an OTE of £30,000

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.30pm

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team to assist our sales team in winning new business.

You will be responsible for contacting new prospects over the phone to introduce Flotek Group and gather relevant information that will help us build our long-term database and win new appointments.

Natural job progression will develop into our appointment booking team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • B2B outbound calling
  • Cleanse large volumes of data accurately by gaining decision maker contact details
  • Accurately and efficiently enter details into the company CRM
  • Challenge gatekeepers to gain the info required on their technology decision makers

Job Experience Required:

  • A positive attitude with a can do approach to everything!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous telesales experience is an advantage
  • Great telephone manner
  • Able to handle rejection
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to work to targets
  • A team player with the ability to self-motivate
  • Some sales experience
