We are seeking a talented and driven Brand Marketing and E-commerce Executive to join our team and drive our brand strategy, e-commerce initiatives, social media presence, and oversee three websites.
Job Overview:
As the Brand Marketing and E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies while overseeing our e-commerce operations for both B2B and B2C customers. Additionally, you will manage the social media presence across various platforms and three websites catering to different customer segments. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, revenue growth, and partnerships through effective marketing campaigns, optimizing our online sales channels, managing social media channels, and maintaining the websites’ content and user experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and customer loyalty for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Conduct market research and analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform brand and marketing strategies for each segment.
- Develop and implement innovative and engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising, tailored to each customer segment.
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms for both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience from browsing to purchase.
- Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., creating engaging content and driving audience engagement and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and brand representation across all touchpoints for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, influencers, and affiliates to amplify brand reach, drive collaboration opportunities, and expand our brand presence.
- Plan, implement, and manage the affiliate marketing program for both B2B and B2C segments, including recruiting and onboarding new affiliates, monitoring performance, and optimizing affiliate partnerships.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce, social media, and affiliate marketing, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Optimize website content, product listings, and user experience across the three websites to maximize online sales and improve customer satisfaction for each segment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and brand management to propose innovative strategies and tactics.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, social media metrics, affiliate program performance, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization for each customer segment.
- Identify opportunities for customer engagement and loyalty programs to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience two years in brand marketing, e-commerce, social media, and affiliate marketing roles, preferably within the distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, digital marketing strategies, e-commerce best practices, social media platforms, and affiliate marketing concepts.
- Experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and affiliate marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, SEO, SEM, social media management tools, and affiliate tracking software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and affiliates.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility, drive online sales, optimize affiliate partnerships, and engage audiences on social media.
