Job Title: Brand Creative Marketing Executive

The role: To have key responsibilities within the marketing team for the design, creation, and implementation of the sales-i marketing communications strategy, with the ultimate aims of generating leads and nurturing customers.
- Marketing and Design activity across all global markets
- All forms of marketing and communications to internal and external audiences
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To be the first point of contact for brand and creative elements of the communication output
- To lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
- To manage and deliver consistent use of sales-i brand and on all communication materials.
- To manage the brand and the utilisation of brand elements
- Co-ordinate and create required brand and creative elements for the following:
- Internal newsletters
- External newsletters
- Social media content
- Press releases
- Case studies
- Award entries
- Email campaigns
- Blogs
- Training materials
- Surveys
- Landing pages
- Presentations
- Trade associations
- To support the delivery of events and produce any related materials
- Liaise with external/internal partners around paid for support/advertising
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- To champion the sales-i brand
- Increase the number of demonstrations driven by marketing
- Support the retention of current customers
- To positively influence agreed internal KPIs
- To support fellow members of the team
The Candidate:
- Demonstrable marketing environment experience
- Professional marketing qualification preferable, but not essential
- Advanced knowledge and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent technical copywriting skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of HTML5/CSS
- Knowledge of marketing automation and HubSpot software
- Understanding of social media planning and scheduling tools
- Excellent project management skills, scheduling, organising, briefing, prioritising workflows and time management
- Passionate about marketing and communications
- Works autonomously, self-starter, who hits personal targets
- Confident, self-motivated and success driven
- Collaborative and works effectively as part of a team whilst encouraging and fostering teamwork.
