Salary: £53,000 per year

The Brand and Communications Manager role is new to the Association, based centrally in the Corporate Services Team, working across the whole organisation supporting Leeds Federated in its ambition to continue to demonstrate value for money and engage with all stakeholders and achieve the best outcomes for the business and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand and Communications specialist to join our team, to be part of the delivery of our Corporate Plan objectives and lead on improving communication, internally and externally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Being the Organisations lead on brand, positioning and reputation
  • Lead on delivering our communications framework and annual comms plans
  • Custodian of our Tone of Voice
  • The creation of impactful communication supporting our purpose

About you:

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be a strong communicator who is able to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Have experience of overseeing branding, communication and PR at manager level
  • Have experience of influencing and improving engagement internally and externally through effective communication
  • Have a flexible and innovative approach
  • Will ideally have experience of line management
