Job Title: Bookkeeping Assistant / Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 annual depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Company has been providing personalised quality IT support to businesses, charities and non-profit organisations in London and the South East since 1999. Due to constant growth and upscaling they have an exciting position available for a Bookkeeping Assistant to join their busy Accounts and Administration Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Balancing accounts and maintaining ledgers
- Processing sales and purchase invoices and receipts
- Processing employee expenses
- Recording transactions
- Accounts payables and receivables and credit control
- Preparation of financial reports
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Hardware purchasing and renewals management of licenses
- Ad-hoc administrative duties at the request of the Directors
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in using Xero/Quickbooks
- Proven experience in working independently on all tasks listed above
- AAT Qualification – completed or in progress
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to multi task and attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication
