Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Burnley
Salary: Up to £30,000 – DOE
Job type: Full-time, Permanent.
At Steadplan Ltd, we have an excellent opportunity to for an experienced bookkeeper to join our MAN Truck Dealership located in Nelson.
We are looking for a highly organised, collaborative and flexible person to be part of our team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who loves systems and spreadsheets, has excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will also have significant experience of coordinating financial systems and accounts ideally within a dealership setting, however this is not essential.
The Role:
Your duties will include (but will not be limited to)
- Maintain company ledgers
- Pay regular bills for the company
- Prepare information for auditors
- Manage bank accounts
- Reconcile payments
- Assist with additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management
The Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience
- Self-motivated and able to deliver on tight deadlines
- Very strong attention to details
- Very strong with numbers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal members of staff.
