Due to their continued success and ongoing expansion, they are seeking an experienced BMS commissioning engineer in the Northwest to join our team.

The head office is located in Stoke-on-Trent, but as the role is site based, with the majority of projects being in the West Midlands and North West, with occasional projects outside of this area (travel expenses paid).
The role:
BMS software is written by our technical team, with final adjustments and commissioning being undertaken by you.
You will be responsible for completing our commissioning documentation to the project managers
- BMS Commissioning
- BMS Servicing and deploying Energy Efficiency processes
- On site working – Majority of projects based in the West Midlands / Northwest
- Completing commissioning documentation and reports
- Provide technical support to junior engineers
The Candidate:
To Be Successful in This Role You Will have
- BMS and HVAC Controls knowledge: Delta Controls is a benefit- training can be provided
- Knowledge of energy efficiency processes and practices
- Electrical Competency, 18-edition is a benefit
- HVAC plant application knowledge
- H & S Accreditation (CSCS Card or equivalent), training can be provided
- Asbestos Awareness – training will be provided
- IT Literate with experience of MS Office Products
- Driving licence – clean driving record preferred
- Technical experience to cover installation and commissioning work at the required levels
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Operate in the field to ensure safe working practices are followed, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are met at all times
- Positively engage customers on the features and benefits of their control systems, ensuring its functionality are understood and identify and recommend the products and services that may benefit the customer.
- Deal positively with customer queries, quickly resolving issues, ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
- Provide relevant energy efficiency advice to the customer. Be fully aware of the environmental impact of energy consumption on the environment and able to articulate to the customer the impact and benefits of increasing energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with all customers and taking ownership of the situation. Ensure expectations have been met and the customer is fully satisfied with the work prior to departure.
