The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barber to help support and lead our team. The ideal candidate has previous experience cutting hair, enjoys working in our busy salon environment placed within our shop in the centre of Oxford and is capable multi-tasking effectively.
We are also looking for an apprentice barber to join the team in the same location.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Barber must be proficient in scissor cuts, traditional cuts and modern cuts with roughly 3 years’ experience.
- Apprentice barber must have a strong, hard-working attitude. Experience in the industry would be an advantage.
- Time management skills to complete client services in an efficient and timely manner.
- Interpersonal skills to connect with clients, building long term relationships and client loyalty.
- Aesthetic creativity to create unique styles tailored to client-specific visions.
