The Company’s historic landmark The Swan, Southwold sits at the heart of Southwold and has recently re-opened after a major renovation. The stunning hotel celebrates the heritage of the Company’s business and showcases their beer and spirits whilst protecting the character of the building, creating a wonderful place to relax, dine and stay.
What do they want?
They are looking for a Bar and Restaurant Manager with exceptional strength and character with a ‘hands on’ attitude who will roll out the red carpet to deliver the finest customer service and dining experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong presence and be able to drive and develop the team with experience of working in a fast-paced environment along with following their hotel processes and procedures daily. You will have a true passion for hospitality and will maintain The Swan’s reputation of excellence by working in line with our values and caring about them as much as they do.
