Salary:
- Over 21 – £9.06 per hour
- 18 to 20 – £7.71 per hour
Job Type: Full and Part time (Up to 40hrs per week), Permanent
The Company:
The Estate extends over 25,000 acres and has an annual turnover of £19m. The land and property based enterprise include residential lettings, commercial lettings, property maintenance and development, farming, forestry, country sports, a hotel, a holiday park, beach and car parks. The operations centred on Holkham Hall include day visitors, catering, filing, outdoor events and concerts.

The Role:
They are currently looking for Bar and Restaurant staff as well as Kitchen Porters to join the team at one of their fantastic restaurants.
Bar and Restaurant team
This role will involve delivering excellent customer service in their bar and restaurant, working alongside the kitchen and reception teams to consistently surpass guests’ expectations. You should have a positive attitude, be flexible and confident with an eye for detail. Often you will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to shape their first impressions of The Estate, therefore they are looking for high calibre candidates with a strong team ethos and a passion to work to the highest standard.
Kitchen Porter
The successful candidate will support the kitchen team in delivering the food offering at the restaurant by assisting in the preparation of ingredients and helping to maintain a clean and effective kitchen environment where chefs can work as efficiently as possible. This role would suit someone looking to acquire their first taste of working in a professional kitchen, or an individual who enjoys working closely as part of a team.
