Job Title: Automation Service Engineer
Location: Shefford, Bedfordshire
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The company are a growing Robotics and Automation distribution company based in their new Head Office in Shefford, Bedfordshire. They’re looking for an experienced full-time Automation Service Engineer.
The Role:
- To attend the customer’s site to service and repair automation equipment
- Carry out on-site demonstrations
- Assembly of equipment
- Testing and Calibrating machinery
- Training as and when required
- Maintenance of in-house demonstration equipment
About your knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous installation/engineering experience desirable
- Clean driving license
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic technical aptitude
- Good organisational skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Desire to produce high-quality work
- Strong communicator
- Ability to learn and take on new technical skills
