Job Title: AutoCAD Designer

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 dependent on experience

Andrew Morton Furniture Is a high end, bespoke furniture design and manufacturer. After being founded in 2000 the business quickly grew, with AMF supplying high-end furniture to commercial and private clients all over the South East. Our product range has expanded to include joinery, metalwork, spraying, and upholstery, enabling us to create completely unique pieces for each client.
About the role:
Due to company expansion, we require an experienced AutoCAD designer to join our busy workshop in Isleworth. Must have had time served as a bench Joiner.
Responsibilities:
- Take Brief from Sales
- Compile detailed quotations
- Undertake Site surveys
- Produce “Shop” Drawings
- Instruct Finish samples
- Lease with client for sign off
- To hand over projects to Production dept for manufacture
Skills Required:
- Driving licence
- Competent in AutoCAD or Solidworks
- Competent in sketch up
- Competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office products
- Be able to manage one’s own time proficiently
- Be able to meet agreed deadlines
- Be able to Quantify and Cost projects
- To be presentable and have a good manner with clients
