We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the East Suffolk Council’s Port Health Team as an Assistant Finance Officer..
About the Role:
This role is crucial to supporting these operations, as you will be responsible for Suffolk Coastal Port Health Authority’s (SCPHA) finance, contracts, and procurement requirements. Working alongside our Finance Officer, you will be involved in raising purchase orders, paying invoices, raising invoices, and reconciling credit card records. You will act as a point of contact for external finance teams, resolving any queries and escalating more complex queries to the Port Health Finance Officer therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
