Their client-base is varied from corporate through to sole traders and most are entrepreneurial in their outlook. The sales team is successful because they are agile and customer focused.
Do you think you have what it takes to be part of this winning team?
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in capital sales and an understanding of both short and long/complex sales cycles. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to adapt your approach depending on whether you are selling the benefits of their products to front-end users or negotiating the finer details of the deal with the Managing Director. You will be managing your own diary and generating your own leads as well as following up on leads that are generated elsewhere so organisational skills and self-motivation are a must.
They use Salesforce CRM and you will be measured on the quality of the information you gather and enter onto the database as well as on activity levels, achievement of sales and rental deals against targets and, of course, margin.
Experience in the Laundry industry would be preferable.
