Job Title: Apprentice Sales Executives x 2

Salary: £16,000 + performance related bonus

The company is a rapidly expanding Group Training Association (GTA) with training centres in Hull, Stallingborough and Scunthorpe. They provide engineering apprentices and adult skills training for hundreds of companies in Yorkshire and Humberside.
The Role:
They’re currently looking to recruit two talented and ambitious individuals as Sales Executive Apprentices who can help us develop their commercial offering for employers across the Humber region and beyond.
The ideal Candidate:
The successful applicants must have the passion for making things happen and the posts are an opportunity for the right individuals to progress their skills and experience by focusing on engagement with the company’s employer base to generate more commercial training opportunities for them.
You will need ability to understand clients’ needs and think creatively to develop innovative solutions which are essential to help meet and exceed customer expectations.
You must also have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality where required
- The desire to achieve and grow business and the ability to meet targets
- Flexibility and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change
- A full driving license and use of own car (mileage expenses paid by the company)
