We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and offering a wide range of products to our valued customers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Account Manager to join our team.

The role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Amazon FBA Account Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon FBA account. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in managing FBA accounts, possess a strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, and have a track record of achieving outstanding results.

1. Account Management:

  • Monitor and manage our Amazon FBA account on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that product listings are optimized for visibility and sales.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for restocking.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking appropriate actions to maintain a high seller rating.

2. Optimization and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase product rankings and sales.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for SEO.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

3. Advertising and Promotions:

  • Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, including Lightning Deals and Coupons.
  • Monitor advertising spend and ROI, adjusting campaigns as needed for maximum profitability.

4. Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any negative feedback.

5. Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

The Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience managing Amazon FBA accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace and policies.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
