Job Title: Admission & Enrolment Manager (FTC up to 6 Months)

Location: Highbury Campus, Portsmouth

Salary: £31,865.00 – £35,846.00 (Full-Time Equivalent)

Job Type: 37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, Full time, Contract

About the role:

As an Admission & Enrolment Manager here at COPC, your role will oversee the process of student admissions and enrolment. This role will involve managing application procedures, evaluating prospective students qualifications, ensuring compliance with admission policies and coordinating with various departments to facilitate a smooth enrolment experience. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records, providing guidance and support to applicants throughout the admission journey. Part of this role will also be aimed towards data analytics to improve processes moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outreach activities and liaising with schools and other educational settings to attract prospective students
  • Overseeing the creation and distribution of promotional materials related to admissions
  • Implementing and monitoring online application systems to ensure efficiency and user-friendliness
  • Coordinating and training admissions staff to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
  • Managing some financial aspects related to enrolment
  • Represent COPC with the upmost professionalism with every interaction
  • Handling of sensitive information with confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equality and respect among all members of the college community.

To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining an approachable demeanour to aid a positive first impression and rapport building
  • Customer focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Problem solving abilities in order to resolve issues independently or collaboratively with colleagues
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a lengthy background within enrolment & admissions for an educational provider would be ideal
