Job Title: Administrator, Financial Services – Hybrid Working
Location: Nationwide / Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (Hybrid Working available)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, experienced and proactive Client Services Administrator to join our team.
You will be joining us at an exciting time for the business as we continue to work together in maintaining our focus to always achieve the right outcome for our clients and adhere to FCA regulations.
You will contribute to the achievement of this goal by providing efficient, accurate and client focused administration support to our business in the completion of tasks which include but are not limited to:
- The creation and maintenance of client records using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme
- Ensuring our Anti Money Laundering (AML) records are up to date and recorded on our systems
- Liaising with our clients and relevant third parties to ensure the smooth running of client requirements
- Providing excellent administration support in all new business processes
- Maintaining our databases to ensure all data is accurate and updated within a timely manner.

Please note, this role offers hybrid working with travel to your local Punter Southall Wealth office as and when required.
