The Role:
We are looking for a Desktop and DCA Administrator to support our Commercial Property Claims Desktop team by allocating, monitoring, and authorising claims. The unit manages claims from First Notification of Loss through to conclusion, including payment management and MI reporting.
The role will be based at our Head Office in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Third Party Administration and Desktop teams.
- Assist the bordereau administrator in checking and issuing MI reports within Service Level Agreements
- Checking and validating claims to check they are within the correct binding authority
- Checking and issuing daily payment journals to insurers
- Reconciling fund reimbursements received from Brokers and notifying the TPA Bdx Administrator of any anomalies.
- Adding specific claim data to individual claims for key clients
- Provide clients with claim experiences once the correct authority has been obtained.
- Monitoring receipt of new claims for specific schemes and notifying Coverholders with any requirements
- Saving monitor emails to files to ensure a full audit trail
- Checking and reviewing exception reports to ensure data is accurate
- Uploading documents direct to third party systems
- Providing claim experiences for clients
- Always ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and highlight any contravention to the Operational Support and Compliance Manager.

The Candidate:
Our ideal applicant will come from an insurance or Loss Adjusting background, however candidates from a similar industry such as financial services and who are experienced in delivering exceptional customer services are welcome to apply. Your role will involve working with spreadsheets as well as our own inhouse systems, so candidates must be experience with Excel and confirmable working to at an intermediate level with data, formulas, and production of management information.
