Job Title: Administrator
Location: Bare, Morecambe
Salary: £18,000 – £22.000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
We are a family-based company with over 30 years’ experience in Build and Design work.
You will be joining a small, friendly team situated in Bare, Morecambe, Lancs.
The Role:
We are keen to recruit a full-time experienced Admin person to work alongside our projects administrator and completing all admin duties in a small friendly office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase orders and liaising with our workforce
- Responding to a large volume of email enquiries and general queries
- Receiving and making telephone calls
- Meet and greet clients
Essentials:
- Excellent Communicator and confident telephone manner
- Problem Solving skills
- Excellent IT skills – including Office 365 and Excel
- Experience with basic admin skills in a similar environment
- Strong team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prepared to take ownership of tasks
- Good levels of literacy and numeracy
- Keen to learn new things and develop skills and competence
- An ability to offer a very high level of customer service.
- Must be reliable, proactive and enthusiastic
