Job Title: Admin Assistant
Salary: £24k per annum (Pro-rata)
Location: Rochester, Kent
Job Type: Part-Time, Three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday although negotiable)
This is an administrative role within our small busy, friendly and family orientated team.
You’ll assist with administrative tasks like reports, answering the phone to customers and any day-to-day requirements.
Previous experience is preferred. You’re willing to learn and respond well to feedback. We provide full training and the support and encouragement needed to get you off to the best start.

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Generate reports
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administrative problems
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Conduct data entry
