Title: Administrator
Location: Edinburgh
Salary Range: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time Permanent, 7am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

The Role:
We are looking for a strong administrator with highly proficient customer service and administration skills. Excalon have a growing number of project throughout Scotland and are building our teams in the area to work on our growing Scotland work base.
The Person:
We are looking for somebody that is pro-active, organised, and has excellent communication skills both written and verbal. System training will be provided.
High Level Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries and resolve issues, providing excellent customer service
- Log customer enquires and forward to the relevant site manager
- Carry out general office administration, data input and filing using company and client systems
- Record environmental and health and safety data support the Health and Safety and Project Team
- Support the operational teams with client communication such as letter drops for local residents
- Organise contract and project documentation and maintain client records
- Provide any documentation or management information required for client meetings
- Maintain and update customer records accurately and in accordance with GDPR
- Refer any issues relating to work to an operational Project Manager or Ops Manager
- Support the Project Manager with any additional duties required to meet the needs of the business
Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous administrator experience
