Job Title: Administrator

Location: Hooton

Salary: £18,000 – £23,000 dependent on experience plus many benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Fixed term contract (maternity cover)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm so 37.5 hours a week. Onehour unpaid lunch break.

We have an exciting role for a new member to join as a Business Development Executive, this is a vital role providing effective and efficient support to our Sales and Account Management departments.

This is a Sales Administration role that will suit someone who is dynamic. Our industry is very fast paced, you need the ability to be proactive to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.

Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales and Account Management teams to understand client requirements prior to undertaking work on business development documentation.
  • Complete business development documentation for the sales team to use in meetings and presentations utilising the relevant software (InDesign and PowerPoint.)
  • Provide the Sales and Account Management teams with the relevant support needed to help them close business on an ad hoc basis.
  • Carry out general administration duties associated with the sales and Account Management teams on an ad hoc basis.
  • Attend a weekly sales meeting to discuss overall performance vs targets for the team.
  • Regularly and proactively update knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry and keep fully up to date with Click Consult’s approach to our services and tools.
  • Attend relevant training sessions to keep knowledge fully up to date
  • Attend internal sales meetings if required to assist in delivering pitches.
  • Overseeing of contract handovers from the Business Development team to the Account Management team.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Have Intermediate understanding of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) (Essential)
  • Be a clear communicator both verbally and written with accurate grammar (Essential)
  • Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Have the ability to work within a dynamic and vibrant team
  • Possess good relationship building skills
