Job Title: Order Entry Administrator

Location: Manor Royal, Crawley

Salary: £19,000 – £21,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

About us:

Signia, based in plush new offices in Manor Royal are looking to recruit an Order Entry Administrator to join our marvellous team on a permanent basis. Here at Signia, we manufacture innovative hearing aids and accessories to improve lives for our customers living with hearing loss.

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to support the operations team including opening the post, processing credit returns and customer repairs on hearing aids. You will be comfortable working with IT and have experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel – just the basics, we’re not looking for a pivot table genius! Previous experience in an Operations or administrative role is desirable along with an exceptionally high level of attention to detail.

The main duties of the job holder are:

  • Creating sales orders and return orders on the system and identifying the correct order process route via Infor/LN Camstar administrator
  • Checking all system information is entered
  • Liaising with the Customer Service/Technical Support team for any order queries
  • Salesforce – recording and maintaining records on a database
  • Postal sorting for daily inbound repairs and returns
  • Packing parcels for domestic and international delivery
