Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £20,000 per annum + open ended commission
Based: Reading
Position: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:
They are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Support Representative to join their Sales team in their newly opened training academy.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota and also aid the company to reach its monthly sales target.
They are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase sales from already established prospect customer database
- Direct contact with existing customers to increase product awareness and maximise sales
- Manage customer needs and expectations to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Update and maintain internal sales tools and database
- Assist Senior Sales Management and team with administration
- Continually exceed own sales targets
The ideal Candidate will have/be:
- Experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role preferred
- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good negotiation skills
