Job Title: Administration Assistant
Location: Plumstead, South East London
Salary: £13,748 per annum (Actual gross salary)
Job Type: Part Time, Permanent (25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year)
Hours: Either 9am – 2pm or 9:30am – 2:30pm
Closing date: by noon, Tuesday 29th June 2021

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant with good communication skills to join our dedicated team who provide administrative support across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- The production of a range of documents and reports
- Filing
- The daily processing of post
- The monitoring of the schools email inbox
- Taking phone calls and covering reception
- Acting as the first point of contact with the school for parents and the public
- You will support other admin functions such as Attendance when required
- Carrying out First Aid duties is an important part of this role and during the current situation a willingness to assist with the administration and carrying out of Covid 19 tests will be required – appropriate training will be given
The Candidate:
- You will need excellent communication and customer care skills
- Good IT skills
- The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information is also essential
- A Flexible and pro-active approach together with a commitment to the education of young people is essential
