The role:
Peter Byrom Audiology specialise in a range of Audiology and Hearing Aid dispensing services. Based in Sheffield, they provide their services to the South Yorkshire area and beyond.
PBA is offering a new employment opportunity for an administrative assistant to support the clinical team.
Key responsibilities:
- Appointment booking
- Diary management
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Cash flow management
- Provide an efficient and professional service to clients and clinical staff
- Stock control
- General administrative tasks as required
Required criteria:
- Have prior experience in administrative roles
- Be confident using a computer
- Have knowledge of using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Good English skills
- Good telephone manner
- Able to commute to our office in Sandygate, Sheffield
