We work hard to supply a huge range of equipment for our customers no matter how unusual, and we stock specialist lifting, survey, welding and pipework products.
The role:
To provide administrative support to the Central Services function

Desirable Skills:
- Minimum of 1 years’ administrative experience
- Experience with Syrinx is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Confirm hires on the system
- Monitor cross hire reports sent by customers
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Fleet new items of kit on the system
- Receipt goods in
- Log PO’s on Capex sheet
- Monitor the Barclaycard inbox for incoming emails and deal with accordingly
- Scan and file Barclaycard receipts and reconcile with statements
- Maintain up to date records of customer insurance details
- Ensure Loler certificates are up to date
- Payment of Parking fines
- Banking cheques
- Setting up of new IT and telecomm equipment
- WS online portal set ups
- Any other ad-hoc administrative task requested by management
- Ensure complete confidentiality of all accounts and customers
- Be an active team member and support colleagues in their work
- Deliver excellent customer service
Additional Requirements:
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the line manager or appropriate senior manager, commensurate with the grade.
- This is a professional, demanding role within a complex organisation with an ambitious strategic plan and agenda for change. The role holder will be expected to show flexibility in working arrangements, including working hours, to ensure that they deliver the required level of service
